Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gelatin
- 1 cup macadamia milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Place two silicone moulds on a baking tray.
- Pour the macadamia milk into a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the top and allow to bloom for 5 minutes. Add the honey and vanilla to the pan, bring to a medium heat and whisk to combine. Once the milk is warmed, the gelatin is dissolved and the mixture is well combined, remove from the heat and pour into the moulds.
- Place the tray into the fridge for two hours, or until set. Once set, pop the gummies out into an airtight container and return to the fridge to store.
