Beef sandwich with macadamia butter
Mix 1 tablespoon of grainy mustard into ½ cup of macadamia butter and spread on a piece of fresh bread. Top with slices of rare roast beef, pickled onions and rocket.

Prawn sandwich with macadamia mayo
Add 1 -2 teaspoons of chilli sauce to macadamia mayonnaise and serve drizzled over open sandwiches topped with crushed avocado and peeled prawns. Squeeze over a little lime juice to taste and serve sprinkled with baby cress.

Grill thin slices of zucchini and eggplant and serve on bread with sliced tomatoes and a generous topping of macadamia basil pistou.
