Ingredients
- ¾ cup macadamias whole
- 2½ tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp chilli powder (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 Zest Lime (about 1 teaspoon)
- ½ tsp salt flakes
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 cups popcorn plain (store bought or home popped)
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with baking paper. Place all ingredients except the popcorn into a large frying pan and cook, stirring often, over a low-medium heat for 7-8 minutes, until the macadamias are just golden and sticky. Stir in the popcorn to coat it as much as possible, about 1 minute.
- Spread onto the lined tray, spreading it out as much as possible, and allow to cool until the coating is crisp. Serve when cool or store in an airtight container.
