Ingredients
- Hot sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (hot pepper paste)
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
- 2 tbsp macadamia oil
- ¼ cup macadamias roasted
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process to a fine paste. Adjust seasoning to your taste by adding a little more rice vinegar or soy sauce.
To serve
- Stir 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar through 180g cooked soba noodles. Top with shredded lettuce, cucumber, carrot and thin slices of cooked beef fillet. Serve with the macadamia hot sauce and throw over a handful of roasted macadamia pieces.
