Ingredients
Macadamia milk
- ¼ cup macadamia nuts
- 1 cup water
Coffee
- ¼ – ½ cup (or one shot) espresso coffee of your choice
- Sweetener of your choice
Instructions
- For the milk, place the macadamias and water into the jug of a high-speed blender and blend until the mixture is frothy and a creamy white colour. Strain through a nut bag and use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
- For the coffee, add the sweetener to the coffee and combine, then cool. Place plenty of ice cubes in a big glass. Pour over the espresso and macadamia milk. Stir and drink immediately.
