Ingredients
1tspmacadamia oil
3tspfresh herbs, choppedcould include thyme, rosemary, sage, oregano, parsley, basil
½tspcayenne pepper
½tspsalt flakes
¼tspcracked pepper
¼tspgarlic powder
1cupmacadamias
Instructions
In a small frying pan heat the macadamia oil.
Add all the herbs and spices and stir together over the heat.
Add the macadamia nuts and stir again until well coated.
Continue to toast the nuts until they turn the desired colour. Serve immediately.
Can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to 5 days.
