Ingredients
2cupsself raising floursifted
250gunsalted buttermelted
1/2cupmacadamiaschopped
1 1/4cupsbrown sugar
2eggslightly beaten
200gmilk chocolatechopped
1cupsultanas
Icing sugarfor dusting
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180'C. Lightly great a 30cm x 20cm high side pan and line with baking paper.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Spoon into pan and smooth the surface with a spatula. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan and then cut into slices on a chopping board. To serve, dust with icing sugar.
