Ingredients
3/4cupwhole macadamias
1/2cupactivated buckinisbuckwheat kernels
1/4cuppepitaspumpkin seeds
1/4cupcranberriescurrants or sultanas
1/4cupgoji berries
1/2cupcoconut flakes
2tbspbrown rice syrupor maple syrup
1tspcinnamon
1tbspmacadamia oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Place the macadamias on the tray and bake for 5 minutes. While still warm, place the macadamias in a bowl with all the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Spread evenly over the baking tray and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until the macadamias are just golden.
Allow to cool completely before storing in a sealed container.
