Lime and lemon myrtle macadamias
2cupraw macadamias
2tsplime juice
2tspmacadamia oil
1tsplemon myrtle powder
1tspsalt flakesor to taste
2-3lemon myrtle leavesoptional
Wattle seed and chilli macadamias
2cupsraw macadamias
2tspmacadamia oil
1tspwattle seeds
1tspchilli powderor to taste
1tspsalt flakesor to taste
Instructions
Lime and lemon myrtle macadamias
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until the macadamias are coated. Transfer to a 30cm piece of aluminium foil lined with baking paper, and place on the barbeque away from direct flame for 10 minutes, tossing occasionally. Serve warm.
