- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
- Black pepper freshly ground
Salad
- 1/2 watermelon skin removed and cut into 1cm thick triangular pieces
- 80g feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup mint leaves whole
- 1/2 small red onion finely sliced
- 1/4 cup macadamia halves roasted
Instructions
