Next time you can dip into the list below and up the wow factor with our top gluten-free recipes, all with the added crunch of delicious Australian macadamias.

1. Quick Mix Macadamia Cookies

Meet the next star of your cookie jar: quick mix macadamia cookies. Not only are these biscuits gluten-free, but they really can be whipped up in a flash. Using just four ingredients and taking only ten minutes in the oven, they’ll be ready for your cookie jar in no time – if they make it that far!

5. Peach and Macadamia Bliss Balls

These peach and macadamia bliss balls are the perfect indulgence for gluten-free health nuts, courtesy of taste.com.au. Simply blend dried peaches, macadamias, chia seeds, lemon rind and desiccated coconut together, add lemon juice to bind and coat with coconut. The bliss balls will keep for up to a week in the fridge.

6. Tamari Macadamias

Our tamari macadamias use a Japanese-style soy sauce that is low in salt and wheat (some varieties of tamari are completely wheat-free) and offers a rich flavour perfectly suited to the buttery taste of macadamias. To make this savoury snack combine salt, macadamia oil and tamari with whole macadamias and roast in the oven for around ten minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. The macadamias are cooked when all the liquid is absorbed.
