Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup macadamia butter*
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
- 1/4 cup ice
- macadamias crushed, for serving
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except for the crushed macadamias until smooth and pour into a glass to serve top with crushed macadamias.

*Macadamia butter is available at some farmers markets, specialty stores or it is easy to make your own, see the recipe here.
