Ingredients
- 100 g raw macadamias roughly chopped
- 200 g rolled oats
- 50 g bran flakes
- 100 g dried cranberries
- 100 ml skim milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until the mixture is moist through, you may need to add extra milk if it is too dry to stir.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with figs, grapes, berries, extra chopped macadamias, yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.
