- 2 cups macadamia milk*
- 1 tbsp macadamia butter
- 1 cup English spinach leaves
- 1 stick celery
- 1 green apple cored, chopped
- 1 banana large
- 1 cup ice
- fresh mint to serve
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender on a high speed and blend until smooth. Divide into 4 tall glasses and top with fresh mint.
