Ingredients
- 2 cups unsalted macadamias
- 1 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp rosemary leaves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp macadamia oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
- In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss well.
- Spread onto the lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, turning half way through.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
