Smoothie
- 1 cup macadamia milk freshly made or store bought
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 mango Flesh of 1 mango or 1 cup frozen mango pieces
- 1 peach halved, stone removed, chopped
Macadamia raw superfood sprinkle
- ¼ cup macadamias roasted and roughly chopped
- ⅓ cup dried goji berries
- ⅓ cup dried blueberries
- ⅓ cup dried golden mulberries
- ⅓ cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp mesquite powder
Instructions
Smoothie
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and top with your choice of sprinkle below.
Macadamia raw superfood sprinkle
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly to combine.
- Makes 1½ cups. Serve on top of smoothie then store any leftovers in an airtight container or jar.
